For devices that cannot be repaired and are out of stock due to discontinuation of production or sale on the market, Customers must wait for the distributor to exchange the product for another one of equivalent or higher value, and only pay the difference according to the current market price agreement. The warranty period for the replaced product will continue from the original warranty period, not restart from the beginning.
The warranty does not include shipping costs to the ATSCADA Warranty Service Center (60 Street No. 1, Phu Tho Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam) and domestic shipping costs for returning the product for warranty service. International shipping costs (if any) and customs procedures will be covered by ATSCADA. For equipment that cannot be repaired domestically and must be sent to the manufacturer abroad, the processing time may extend from 6 to 10 weeks. In this case, ATSCADA may replace the product with one of equivalent functionality for temporary use or apply the warranty method as described above.
