ATSCADA’s Inspection and Return Policy
Definition
Inspection involves checking and comparing the products/goods received in the ATSCADA shipment with the products specified in the customer’s order.

Inspection Time
ATSCADA allows customers to inspect the goods together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt. Testing is not supported.
After receiving the goods, if the customer finds any discrepancies, they can contact customer service for assistance with exchanges or returns. Please note that customers should record a video while opening the package for verification purposes if needed.
Scope of Goods Inspection
Customers are allowed to inspect the received products, comparing them with the products ordered after ATSCADA staff confirms the order based on the following criteria: sample image, product code, size, and color. Material…
Absolutely do not open or remove product boxes with seals or guarantee labels.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Depending on the product type, we have different exchange or return policies. We allow customers to exchange or return goods in the following cases:
– Products with manufacturing defects within 7 days.
– Products that do not match the description on the website.
– Goods that are not the correct type or model as ordered.
– Insufficient quantity or incomplete set as ordered.
– External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

– Customers can send goods to our office via express delivery or bring them directly to our office.
– After receiving the goods, we will check if they meet the conditions for exchange or return (intact, unopened, and in saleable condition).
– We will send an email or call to inform you of our approval for the exchange or return.
– Please pay the shipping fee (second time) for this order.
– We will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
