– SHIPPING FEES

For orders within Ho Chi Minh City, we offer free shipping to the delivery address.

For orders with delivery addresses outside of Ho Chi Minh City, we will charge a shipping fee per order depending on the value and distance of each order.

If you are located outside of Ho Chi Minh City or in other provinces and do not require urgent delivery within 48 hours, we will offer you a faster and more economical shipping option. Please contact us for details.

– DELIVERY TIME

For orders placed before 3 PM and delivered within Ho Chi Minh City, we will deliver within a maximum of 3 hours from the time of order confirmation. If orders are placed after 3 PM, we will deliver them before 12 AM the following day (except in cases where there is a different agreement or request between you and our staff).

For orders with delivery locations outside of Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces, we will inform you of the specific delivery and pickup times depending on the circumstances (no later than 48 hours from order confirmation).

In the event that the delivery time is not as agreed between you and us, causing you inconvenience, we will bear full responsibility (except in cases of force majeure).
