ATSCADA Custom Component Inspection, Return, and Exchange Policy
Definition
Product inspection refers to the process of checking and comparing the products received in the package delivered by ATSCADA with the items requested in the customer’s order.
Regulations
Inspection Time
ATSCADA allows customers to inspect the package together with the delivery staff at the time of receipt. Product testing is not supported during delivery.
After receiving the goods, if customers discover any mistakes or discrepancies, they may contact our customer service team for support with returns or exchanges.
Important Note: Please record a video while opening the package for verification if needed.
Scope of Inspection
Customers may inspect the actual products received and compare them with the confirmed order based on the following criteria:
- Product images
- Product codes
- Dimensions
- Colors
- Materials
- Other key specifications
Customers must not open sealed product boxes or remove manufacturer security labels.
Return and Exchange Conditions
Depending on the product category, ATSCADA applies different return or exchange policies. We accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products with manufacturer defects within 7 days
- Products not matching the description on the website
- Incorrect product type or model compared to the order
- Missing quantity or incomplete accessories as listed in the order
- External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, cracks, or breakage
Return and Exchange Process
Customers should provide detailed information about the product condition and the reason for return or exchange.

Return Procedure
- Customers may send the products to our office via courier service or bring them directly.
- After receiving the returned goods, we will inspect whether they meet return conditions (unused, original seal intact, resalable condition).
- We will notify customers by phone or email regarding approval of the return or exchange request.
- Customers are responsible for the second shipping fee if applicable.
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 2–3 working days.
