Product Warranty Policy for Products Purchased at ATSCADA | ATSCADA Custom Component

Warranty Conditions

Products purchased from ATSCADA are eligible for warranty service when all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product has an official ATSCADA warranty seal, and the seal remains valid within the warranty period.
  • The supplier confirms that the defect is caused by a technical issue or a manufacturing fault.
  • The product has been used under proper operating conditions according to manufacturer recommendations.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

  • Damage caused by collision, dropping, cracking, denting, deformation, scratches, moisture, corrosion, rust, or capacitor swelling.
  • Damage caused by lightning strikes or flooding.
  • Devices with bent pins or broken socket pins.
  • Burned circuit boards caused by using an unsuitable power supply.
  • Power short circuits on the mainboard or connected peripherals, identified through continuity tests, 5V / 3.3V power block checks, or abnormal indicator light status.
  • ATSCADA is not responsible for any customer data stored inside storage devices submitted for warranty service.
  • Devices showing signs of fire, explosion, rodents, insects, liquid intrusion, operation in humid or dusty environments, or other causes beyond the supplier’s control.
  • The supplier is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of defective products as stated above.

Warranty Service Method

  • Standard warranty processing time is 2–5 business days from the date of receipt, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Depending on the condition of the product, processing may be faster or slower.
  • If a product cannot be repaired and is no longer available because production has stopped or the item is discontinued, customers must wait for the distributor to replace it with another product of equivalent or higher value. Customers only need to pay any price difference based on the current market rate.
  • The warranty period for replacement products continues from the original warranty period and does not restart from the beginning.
  • Warranty service does not include shipping costs to the ATSCADA Warranty Department located at:
    60 Duong So 1 Street, Phu Tho Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Domestic return shipping costs for repaired or replaced products are not included.
  • International shipping costs (if any) and customs procedures will be covered by ATSCADA.
  • For products that cannot be repaired domestically and must be sent to the overseas manufacturer, the warranty period may take 6 to 10 weeks. Depending on each case, the process may be faster or slower.
  • In such cases, ATSCADA may provide a temporary replacement product with equivalent functionality or apply another warranty method as stated above.
