  3. iDriver – The “Heart” of the dispatching system: Real-time data collection techniques and a centralized data standardization mechanism (0.5 day)
  4. Multi-Protocol Connectivity: Practice connecting PLCs (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron…), OPC Server, MQTT and Modbus TCP/IP via ATDriver Server. Design a professional and operationally optimized HMI/SCADA interface (0.5 day)
  5. Working with ATSCADA toolkits: (3 days)
    • Desktop App: Professional drag-and-drop interface design integrated into Visual Studio .NET.
    • Web App (No-code): Build a Web Runtime interface using the FastWeb Designer tool.
    • Mobile App: Configure to receive instant alerts via iFireBaseNotification on Android/iOS.

Phase 2: Breakthrough AI & Blockchain Technology (3 Days)

The advanced phase helps students master cutting-edge technologies to solve digital transformation challenges.

  1. AI Predictor – Artificial Intelligence in SCADA: (0.5 day)
    • Applying machine learning terminology (LSTM, Transformer, Prophet) to predict trends in Time Series data (energy, temperature, etc.).
    • Analyzing and providing early warning of anomalies based on real-world data models.
  2. ATBlockchain – Absolute data security: (0.5 days)
    • The application of Hash Chaining technology and decentralized ledgers verifies the integrity of operational data.
    • Tamper-proof and immutable storage, meeting stringent cybersecurity standards.
  3. Dual Server Redundancy Configuration: Set up a hot redundancy mechanism to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 system operation. (0.5 day)
  4. Optimizing the performance of large systems: Techniques for managing thousands of tags (iTagBuilder) and optimizing SQL database queries (0.5 day)
  5. Custom Component Development Techniques: A guide to using C# to create custom software components for specific projects. (1 day)

Phase 3: Practical Project Training (2 Days)

Trainees directly implement model projects that have been successfully implemented by ATSCADA.

  1. AZ Project Implementation Process: From survey and TagFile design to system build and deployment. (1 day)
  2. Deployment & Operation: Application packaging techniques, database backup/restore, and client-side web server (IIS) installation. (0.5 days)
  3. Troubleshooting Experience: Sharing Common Errors (FAQ) and Practical Operational Optimization Methods (0.5 day)
