Shipping Fees and Delivery Time for ATSCADA Custom Component

Shipping Fees

For orders delivered within inner Ho Chi Minh City, we provide free shipping to the customer’s delivery address.

For orders delivered to suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City, shipping fees will be charged for each order depending on the total order value and delivery distance.

For customers located in suburban Ho Chi Minh City or other provinces who do not require urgent delivery within 48 hours, we can offer a faster and more cost-effective shipping option. Please contact us for more details.

Delivery Time

For orders placed before 3:00 PM with delivery addresses in inner Ho Chi Minh City, we will deliver within a maximum of 3 hours after order confirmation.

For orders placed after 3:00 PM, we will deliver before 12:00 PM the following day, except where other arrangements have been agreed upon between the customer and our staff.

For orders delivered to suburban Ho Chi Minh City or other provinces, we will inform customers of the specific delivery schedule depending on each case, but no later than 48 hours after order confirmation.

If the delivery schedule is not completed according to the confirmed agreement and causes inconvenience to the customer, we will take full responsibility, except in cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, or carrier disruptions.
