MANUFACTURING MONITORING SYSTEM – C.P. PACKAGING VN
Manual monitoring cannot guarantee that the control, process and performance are accurate and comprehensive, especially in environments requiring continuous tracking like data center environmental monitoring systems.
I. Introduction
With the increasingly strong development of the field of industrial production today. The need to monitor and manage production activities is on top priority.
The scale of the factory is increasingly expanding. Manual monitoring cannot guarantee that the control, process and performance are accurate and comprehensive.
Therefore, the manufacturing monitoring system developed has completely replaced the manual monitoring process.
ATSCADA Lab has just handed over the production management system to C.P. Packaging VN. One of the leading companies in the field of packaging production.
II. Manufacturing monitoring system
The system includes production monitoring LED displays and manufacturing monitoring software at production lines, similar to andon systems used for real-time production status tracking and alerts.

Specifications:
– Dimesion: 40x60x5 cm
– Display 1-side: Target, Actual, Takt Time, Difference
– LED type: 7-segment LED 2.3inch, size 47.8×69.7 mm, red color.
– Power Supply: input 220VAC, output 12VDC
– Controll: RF remote / buttons on side
– Protocol: Modbus RTU
– Frame: Aluminium
– Input: NPN/PNP
– Output: Relay
– Installation: Wall mouting.
– “Target” number is set by 12-button RF remote
– “Actual” number is updated with 01 magnetic sensor (Autonics PRD12-8DN)
– “Diff.” = “ Target”- “ Actual”

Manufacturing monitoring software
Software is displayed on the LCD screen with the following functions:
– Real-time data collection: Actual, Speed, Engine State.
– Display data directly on software interface.
– Saving data.
– Report by Excel.
– Remote access by laptop, tablet, smartphone.
