The iStreamCameraTools toolkit enables the connection of ONVIF-compatible cameras to receive camera streams and display them in a Desktop App.
SYSTEM PREPARATION AND INSTALLATION
Install the ATSCADA iStreamCameraTools Package
- Open the Resources Installation Manager.
- Locate iStreamCameraTools (Version 5.0.0.1).
- Click Install.
- When the Setup window appears, click Install → Finish to complete the installation.

DESIGNING THE USER INTERFACE IN VISUAL STUDIO
Integrate iStreamCameraTools into the Toolbox
- Open Visual Studio and create a Windows Forms App (.NET Framework) project.
- In the Toolbox, right-click and select Add Tab, then name it ATSCADA iStreamCamera.
- Right-click the newly created tab and select Choose Items….
- Click Browse, then navigate to the installation path:
C:\Program Files\ATPro\ATSCADA\iStreamCameraTools\iStreamCameraTools.dll
- Click OK. The tool icons will appear in the Toolbox.

Next, add the VLC libraries required for camera streaming.
- Right-click References in the project and select Add Reference….
- Navigate to the iStreamCameraTools installation directory.
- Select the DLL files as shown in the image below, then click Add.

DETAILED GUIDE
iStreamCameraTools Control
- Description: Drag the ATSCADA iStreamCamera control onto the Form.
- Properties:
- CameraID: The camera’s static IP address or the serial number of the camera.
- ManualRTSPUrl: Enter the RTSP URL if it is already known, or leave it blank.
- UserID: The username configured on the camera.
- Password: The password configured on the camera.
- UseManualURL: Set to True if the RTSP URL is already known; set to False to allow the system to automatically discover and determine the RTSP URL.

After successful setup, proceed to run the program.
